New Performance Parts

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If items were shipped in error or damaged in transit, DownSouth Performance will pay for all return charges, and waive any restocking fees. However, if DownSouth Performance shipped your order per your specifications but you would still like to return items, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. No refunds will be made until the return passes inspection. Any modifications will void manufacture warranty and return will not be accepted. Please contact DownSouth Performance to request a return and for shipping instructions. DownSouth Performance reserves the right to refuse any return that is not a defect or damaged during transit.​

 

Used Performance Parts​

Used parts are sold in AS IN Condition with NO warranty. No refunds or returns accepted.​​

 

Warranty Information​

Please contact DownSouth Performance for manufacture warranty information on New Performance Parts. Used Performance Parts do not have a warranty.

 

​​Emissions​

Federal and several state and provincial laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. DownSouth Performance assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state, or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles due to customer’s modifications. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws.​​

 

California Residents​

Certain California Vehicle Code sections prohibit the advertising, sale, offering for sale, or installation of any add-on or modified aftermarket part that modifies a California vehicles emission control system unless it is exempted by CARB. DownSouth Performance reserves the right to refuse the sale of products to a California resident if it violates the air quality management laws.
